Gen AI Developer - (Gen AI, LLM, LangChain, RAG, OpenSearch)
Key Responsibilities:
o Design, develop, and maintain applications leveraging Python and Generative AI frameworks.
o Build, fine-tune, and integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) into production systems.
o Implement LangChain pipelines and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) solutions.
o Work with OpenSearch and other vector databases to optimize retrieval and indexing.
o Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver scalable AI solutions.
o Optimize application performance, ensuring low latency and high accuracy for AI-driven applications.
o Conduct code reviews, provide feedback, and maintain coding best practices.
o Stay up to date with industry trends in AI/ML, NLP, and LLM frameworks.
o Troubleshoot AI pipelines, APIs, and data processing workflows.
Job Requirements:
o Bachelor’s degree preferably in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
o Strong knowledge of Python and frameworks like FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
o Hands-on experience with Gen AI, LLMs (OpenAI, Hugging Face, Anthropic, etc.).
o Proficiency in LangChain and RAG implementations.
o Experience with OpenSearch, ElasticSearch, or vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate).
o Solid understanding of SQL/NoSQL databases and data modeling.
o Ability to design scalable and production-ready ML/AI systems.
o Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure) is a plus.
o Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
o Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
o Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
